Acceptable Use Policy

This policy covers the Le Hantle website, your account, your product library, our checkout and any files you download from us. Breaking it can lead to content removal, suspension or termination of your account under section 13 of our Terms of Service.

Le Hantle Distributions sells downloadable digital documents: ebooks, digital planners, spreadsheet and document templates, business toolkits, prompt libraries and bundles of the same. Every purchase delivers files to your Le Hantle library. Some titles cover business, economic or monetary history as subject matter; that content is educational reading.

We do not sell, offer, facilitate or process any of the following:

• financial, investment, brokerage, trading, lending or insurance services;
• cryptocurrency or other digital assets, exchange, custody, wallet, mining, staking or token services, and no digital assets are ever bought, sold, held or transferred through this site;
• trading signals, portfolio management, or any regulated financial advice;
• payment processing, money transfer or settlement services on behalf of third parties;
• gambling, adult content, pharmaceuticals, weapons, or physical goods of any kind through this checkout.

Nothing sold here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. See section 8 of our Terms of Service.

• No fraudulent, deceptive or misleading activity of any kind.
• No attempting to circumvent our checkout or payment systems — including tampering with prices, reusing or forging order or payment identifiers, or abusing refunds and chargebacks to keep access to paid files.
• No use of stolen payment details or someone else's payment method without authority.

• One account per person. Do not create accounts to evade a suspension.
• Do not share, sell, rent or pool account credentials, and do not use an account to give others access to products they have not bought.
• Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if they are compromised.

• No accessing accounts, orders, files, database records or storage that are not yours, and no attempting to bypass access controls, signed download links or download limits.
• No probing, scanning, penetration testing, brute-forcing, credential stuffing or denial-of-service activity against the site or its infrastructure.
• No automated scraping, bulk downloading or systematic harvesting of our content, and no interference with the availability or performance of the platform for others.

• Do not upload, submit or transmit malware, viruses, exploit code or anything designed to harm systems or people.
• Do not submit unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory or deliberately deceptive content, including in reviews or support messages.
• Where a product includes AI resources, do not use them to produce illegal content, deepfakes of real people, malware or material that infringes third-party rights.

Purchased products are licensed for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, upload to file-sharing or AI training services, or otherwise share the files without our written permission, and you may not remove copyright or ownership notices. Do not submit or use content that infringes anyone else's intellectual property.

If you believe material here infringes your rights, email lehatledistributions@gmail.com with the details and we will investigate and, where appropriate, remove it. Repeat infringement results in termination.

Report abuse to lehatledistributions@gmail.com. Depending on severity we may warn you, remove content, revoke access to a product, suspend or terminate your account, or report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. We aim to act proportionately, and serious cases — fraud, unauthorised access, malware — may be actioned immediately.
