By creating an account, browsing our marketplace, downloading a product or continuing to use the site, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you are buying as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

We sell digital products — ebooks, planners, templates, toolkits, AI resources and bundles — delivered as downloadable files through your Le Hantle library. There are exactly two ways to buy, and they are separate:

• One-time purchase. You pay once for an individual digital product and receive access to that product. It remains available in your library permanently. There is no subscription, no renewal and no recurring charge.
• Library Membership (recurring subscription). You pay a recurring monthly or annual fee and receive access to the Le Hantle Digital Library while the membership remains active. The membership renews automatically unless cancelled. It is a right of access for the paid period only — it does not transfer ownership of, or permanent access to, the library or any product in it.

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not share your account or resell access to it.

Each purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal or internal business purposes, within the plan you selected. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or share the files, remove notices, reverse engineer our systems, or circumvent technical limits or download protections.

You must not misuse the platform, including by:

• using it unlawfully, or for fraud, spam or deceptive activity;
• attempting to circumvent our checkout or payment systems, or abusing refunds and chargebacks to keep access to paid files;
• sharing, selling or pooling account credentials, or creating accounts to evade a suspension;
• attempting to access accounts, orders, files or data that are not yours;
• uploading malware, probing, scraping or interfering with security or availability;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• reselling or redistributing purchased digital products without our written permission.

Some products include prompts, AI workflows or AI-assisted tooling. You are responsible for the prompts you write, for how you use any output, for verifying accuracy before relying on it, and for holding the rights to any content you supply. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical or tax advice. You must not use our resources to produce illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware or material that infringes third-party rights. We may remove content, refuse or filter output, and suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations.

Our business, financial, market and technology material is provided for general and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Decisions you make remain your own responsibility.

Le Hantle Distributions retains all ownership of the platform and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, designs, product content and branding. If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, contact us at lehatledistributions@gmail.com with details and we will investigate and, where appropriate, remove it. Repeat infringement results in account termination.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, currency, tax, renewal and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. All prices are shown and charged in South African rand (ZAR), and the final amount including any tax is displayed at checkout before you pay.

One-time purchases are charged once. They never renew and no further amount is taken for that product.

The Library Membership is a recurring subscription. The monthly plan renews every month and the annual plan renews every 12 months, automatically, at the price shown at the time of purchase, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or through Paddle's billing portal; cancellation stops all future renewals. After cancellation, library-wide access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for and then ends — you do not retain access to the library or to subscription-only products afterwards. Products you purchased individually are unaffected and remain in your library.

We work to keep the platform available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your licence ends and access to your library may be removed. Where reasonably possible we will allow a short window to download files you have already paid for, except where the termination relates to fraud, chargeback abuse or unlawful use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where it cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify Le Hantle Distributions against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, content you supply, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lesotho, and disputes fall to the courts of Lesotho. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or reorganisation. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new "last updated" date.
