Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason — including change of mind. This applies to individual digital products and to your most recent Library Membership payment.

• One-time purchase. A single payment for one digital product. Refundable within 30 days of that order. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. If refunded, that product is removed from your library.
• Library Membership (recurring subscription). A monthly or annual subscription that gives access to the Le Hantle Digital Library while it is active, and renews automatically until cancelled. The most recent membership payment is refundable within 30 days of that payment; earlier renewal payments are not. Cancelling and refunding are separate actions — cancelling stops future renewals, a refund returns the last payment.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request one in either of these ways:

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to find your order.
• Or contact us directly at lehatledistributions@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +266 53343462 with your order number, and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.

Please include the email address used at checkout, your order number, the product name and — optionally — a short note on what didn't work for you. It helps us improve, but it is not a condition of the refund.

The guarantee covers paid digital products and your most recent membership payment, requested within 30 days of that order. Free products have nothing to refund. We may decline a request where there is clear abuse — for example repeated buy-and-refund cycles on the same product, or evidence that files have been redistributed contrary to our Acceptable Use Policy.

Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method. Banks and card issuers typically take 3–10 business days to reflect the funds. Paddle's refund policy also applies to all orders.

Because our products are digital files, access to a refunded product is removed from your library once the refund is processed, and you should delete any downloaded copies. If a membership payment is refunded, library-wide access ends immediately. Products you bought individually and did not refund stay in your library.

You can cancel the Library Membership at any time from your account or through Paddle's billing portal, and you will not be billed again. Cancelling stops future renewals; library-wide access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for and then ends. A refund of the most recent payment can still be requested within the 30-day window above.
